Atención maravillosa y muy céntrico. Desayuno muy bueno y relación calidad precio también muy bien.
10.0La atención que tuvieron conmigo, muy amables y tuvieron el detalle de prepararme el desayuno antes para llevar porque tenía que irme de viaje muy temprano, un detallazo.
Hotel Universal recomendable: ubicación y comodidad.
10.0Ubicación excelente. A pocos minutos de la Catedral y al lado del Casco Antiguo. Cerca del Parque de la Alameda y a menos de 15 minutos de la estación de tren. Habitación triple con camas muy cómodas. Baño correcto. Servicio de habitaciones correcto. No hay ruidos. Y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Comunicación con recepción muy buena. Permiten dejar las maletas si llegas antes del check in y si necesitas dejarlas despues del check out también.
− Quizás al ser hotel , una nevera en la habitación vendría bien. La cafetera de la habitación estaba un poco de adorno.
