9.0Personnel efficace et sympathique. garage à vélos sécurisé . Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre très agréable avec mini balcon qui donne sur la rue.

Warm Hospitality & Excellent Location
10.0The location is excellent. The train station, the lake, and the Old Town are all within easy walking distance on flat streets, and Cité du Temps (Omega, Swatch museum) is only about a 10-minute bus ride away. My room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. It included a coffee machine, TV, refrigerator, safe, slippers, complimentary still and sparkling water, an extra blanket, and even an umbrella. I was also very happy with the breakfast selection. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Every single person I met was genuinely kind and welcoming. Whether it was friendly small talk or answering my questions, they were always thoughtful and helpful. If you’re looking for directions or recommendations on what to see around the city, don’t rely only on Google or AI—ask the hotel staff. Conversations like these are one of the greatest pleasures of traveling, and something I feel we’re gradually losing. I hope to return to this wonderful city and this lovely hotel again, next time with my husband.
− Just One thing to note: as of July 2026, the hotel is still signed as Hotel Elite, and there is no prominent GLANDON sign, so it can be a little confusing to find.
