I would not recommend.

The food at the restaurants was good. The buffet had some great options as well.

− I would not recommend. We were locked out of our room because the door battery was dead. Someone came but did not change the battery. The next time we left, same thing happened and battery was not changed. We had to complain 3 times before something was done. They only stop to pick you up in golf carts if you are a VIP member. I was 5 months pregnant and struggling to get around and they would drive right past me. I would always tip them when I did get a ride but I realized that unless you informed the driver ahead of time that you would tip him, they would not give you a ride. They only changed sheets once in the 7 days I was there. They made the bed up using your dirty sheets. I called for room service one day because I had pelvic pain from all the walking and could not make it to the buffet. They informed me it would be 45min. An hr later I called back and they did not see my order and informed me it would be 45 min again. After 2 1/2 full hours I called and asked if a golf carts could just come get me to drive me to the buffet because I was hurting and could not walk and the room service was not coming. They told me to come down stairs and wait. My husband and I waited outside for 20min before finally room service arrived. The golf cart never came. When it was time for checkout, I called the front desk to ask if a golf cart could assist us since we had luggage. The lady said just go down stairs and they should be there within 15 min. My family and 5 other families stood out with our luggage for over an hour and no one came. We called back to back and they kept saying someone was one the way. They are very pushy with trying to get you to buy into Circle One and they only seem to care about the Circle One Guest. The guy from Circle One actually talked down about the rest of the resort calling our room the “far aways” and stating Circle One is the only way to enjoy the resort. He was completely correct.

View from room, animals within hotel, people from staff nice and polite.

− - I was invited to "presentation", though that hotel services would be explained, however was marketing one. -Building has damaged lift. -TV at beginning was good, later image was not, I did not reported due to my check out was close. Room was dropping in bathroom from ceiling after rain, indeed offered me change the room but similar situation as above. -In 2nd room air conditioning was reported due to switched off suddenly, maintenance staff attended the report, but settings were only decreased from 27C to 17C and still switched off after sometime, however the temperature feeling was not cold. Floor in swimming pool needs to be repaired. For the rate room I was expecting more.

− El elevador no servia! Tuve que subir 4 pisos todo el tiempo... si le hace falta mucho mantenimiento

El trato del personal

− Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, se solicitó que nos dieran una habitación en un nivel que no estuviera muy alto ya que llevábamos personas de la tercera edad con rodillas operadas, nos pusieron en el cuarto nivel diciendo que no había problema porque tenían elevadores, pero resulta que ninguno de los dos elevadores servía El buffet no tiene variedad de comida El personal de concierge únicamente nos dio la avionazo cuando pusimos nuestra queja acerca de los elevadores Espero no regresar a ese hotel

Only go if it's super cheap rate to not expect much.

Excelent rate...super cheap. Can't ask for much at the price I paid.

− Hotel is run down, lack of maintenance, outdated rooms, lack of staff at check in, took 1.5 hours to check in. Seaweed not being removed.
