10.0The location of this place was perfect. You are within walking distance to all the main sites. There are several bus stops right around each corner should you want to venture further out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They will book a taxi for you and have it waiting when you need it. Or the bus system to the airport was not hard to do if you want to take a cheaper option. We had family stay with us one of the nights and they set up two extra couch beds for them. Even with 4 adults in the room it had plenty of space. It would have been a tight fit for multiple days but way larger than standard hotel rooms. They are also on top of keeping things nice and working properly. One of the buttons in the elevator got jammed making that floor unusable via the elevator. The staff were great at helping people get to their rooms and make other accommodations when needed. It was also fixed the next morning so there was little inconvenience for those of us who stayed on the effect floor. I would stay again!
− The breakfast was not our favorite. Everything tasted good and was reasonably priced but not our preference of options so we ate out each morning.

8.0Avevo già alloggiato presso questa struttura qualche mese fa e ribadisco che ciò che più apprezzo di Hotel Castellino è l’ottima e invidiabile posizione, tra piazza Venezia e l’inizio di Via del Corso, in pienissimo centro.
− Essendo una struttura 4 stelle e situata in pieno centro mi aspetterei maggior cortesia, disponibilità e rapidità da parte del personale. Il personale in reception infatti è molto lento nella gestione della clientela, ma soprattutto ha un atteggiamento svogliato e indisponente, sembrano infastiditi dai clienti. Capisco che lavorare col pubblico non sia facile, anche io svolgo un lavoro a contatto con le persone, però sarebbe opportuno farlo un sorriso ogni tanto.

10.0Tout était très bien, sauf un petit bémol, j’avais demandé une baignoire, il m’avez confirmé que c’était OK et j’ai eu une douche. Déçu pour cela. Sinon tout s’est bien passé, propreté, impeccable.
