8.0Hubby loved the breakfast, he is an early bird and the convenience was appreciated. We were going to a Punchline comedy show and the location was perfect. Hall staff was friend and asked if there was anything we needed.
The hotel was comfortable and convenient.
7.0The breakfast had a good selection—eggs, toast, walnuts, raisins, fruit and coffee. The location was convenient to the event we were attending. The front desk were all friendly and helpful.
− The air circulation fan was very noisy. We called the front desk after 10pm and maintenance checked it and said it was a fan that is in every room and does not shut off. It was too loud for sleeping so we asked the front desk receptionist about changing rooms. We changed to a room on the second floor and the fan was much quieter. In this room, the bathroom light switch did not shut off.

− The beds moved I didn’t feel safe as I’m disabled. They weren’t comfortable. Everything was great, clean.
