2.0− Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste af, en dat zowel op vlak van communicatie als op vlak van faciliteiten. Bovendien is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding volledig zoek. Het hotel is enorm verouderd, zo was de knop om om te schakelen van bad naar douche gewoon afwezig, waardoor we s ochtends niet konden douchen. Er is entertainment beneden tot 11u, goed maar dan geef je een moeder en jong kind toch niet de kamer pal boven het optreden... Er was geen tot slechte communicatie: ze antwoorden op niets via deze app, en wanneer je aan de receptie bovenstaande problemen meldt, wijzen ze iedere verantwoordelijk af ... OH ja, en die oude vaste tapijten zijn echt niet hygiënisch... Wij blijven zelden in hotels, meestal in hostels, dus hebben niet de hoogste eisen. Dit was ons duurste hotel in Schotland, het was niet eens de helft van zijn prijs waard ...

− Staff could have been more informative with regards to eating in McNabs Bar if you are on a room only rate. Our room looked onto the main road so could be noisey with traffic at night

− Given wrong room when first booked in and toilet was dirty. Very friendly staff changed room which was better. Misinformed timing for breakfast therefore missed it. All staff very friendly and bar was nice.
