4.0Beim Check-In wurde behauptet, dass ich nicht gebucht hätte und der Check-In erfolgte verzögert. Insbesondere das Frühstück war nicht gut. Mindestens 5x am Tag ist die Sicherung beim Fernsehgucken etc. rausgeflogen. An einem Tag hatte ich eine kalte Dusche.

6.0Ein sehr altes Hotel Modernisierung bedürftig, eine sehr große Anlage. Rutschen eine Enttäuschung. Im Hotel hauptsächlich nur Russen dementsprechend auch alles auf die abgestimmt. Essen geht so. Personal super freundlich. Hotel keine 5 Sterne mindestens 3.

6.0Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was provided for a typical holidaymaker from Turkey and there were no signs of any kitchen staff to ask for alternatives throughout our stay. This was also the case for other meals consequently we mainly dined out at Friends Restaurant about 10 mins walk away.

4.0Städning dålig, smutsig pool, toaletter ur funktion, lång kö till mat vid pool-bar. Italiensk restaurang katastrofal; dålig mat, dålig service. Inte ens en italiensk flagga... Mat i main restaurang var toppen, likaså servicen. Wi-fi funkade inte till 100%.
