Great hotel
10.0Great location for access to airport. Excellent staff service specially front desk. Rooms are clean and modernized.
Shuttle experience
2.0I had already had an awful travel day getting in super late at night and needing to leave early in the morning, at check in I was told I was written down for a 6:15 shuttle, went to check out at 6:10 and the front desk agent said that I was never written down for a shuttle and the best they could do for me was maybe be able to take a shuttle at 7:15. With the uncertainty of security being crazy long that is not a risk I’m willing to take since I board at 7:30am. The hotels around here have only ONE shuttle. Keep that in mind if you’re booking during a busy season cause they will give your spot away. And you will have to find another way to the airport. The hotel itself if great but not worth more than 1 star after this.
Great Staff!!
10.0The staff here were exceptional. Brianna was incredibly kind at check-in, and Adrien did a wonderful job explaining how to take the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. As a hotel GM myself, I know how challenging it can be to find the right team, and the Residence Inn at Gateway Park has truly built a great one. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I will definitely choose this property for all of my future trips when flying.
Stranded
9.0Although under construction it was wonderful! We were delayed at the airport due to weather and scrambled to find a last minute place to stay. So happy this was where we ended up! The check in was very pleasant. The reception staff overheard us talking about not having our luggage and offered complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste which was heaven at that point. Would definitely recommend staying there!

10.0We booked a suite for our family of 3 after arriving late in Denver after an international flight. The hotel is very conveniently located, the beds are comfortable, and the service was responsive. Book a room with parking included.
