8.0Proximity to ocean & surrounding areas. Can park your car inside the unit complex.Close to public transport, shops & cafes etc.
− We have stayed here a few times in the past years. The bonus is mainly for the onsite parking inside their gates. However the place has not changed much at all...Could do with a small makeover as internally rooms have the same or similar fixtures & furniture as always. A little bit dated. Still we knew this when we booked.

Please note that there is currently construction works at the neighboring building to Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach. Guests may experience noise disturbances from the works from 07:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. The construction is taking place behind some of the Studio accommodations.
