Unangenehmer Geruch und abgenutzte Zimmer.

− Es sammelte sich stinkendes Wasser unter dem Bett, welches aus der Wand kam. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Zimmer. Es ist abgenutzt und nicht bewohnbar.
