9.0Welcome reception, daily complimentary juice and mini cakes, tea/coffee, staff are super friendly and more than happy to help assist with everything, food and ambience at the open air restaurant, buffet breakfast was superb, gardens are stunning, pool is amazing!
− The lower tier rooms (regular king size garden deluxe) are decent but some are older than others. Some rooms don’t have a separate shower/toilet so all the floor gets wet so you have to request. Our room this time was a bit tired overall although perfectly adequate and good value for money. Had to request extra towels most days as there were often only 2 when we were a family of 4.
