5.0Lage positiv. Personal freundlich
− Auslastung Frühstück nicht akzeptabel. Stark überfüllt, keine Gegenmaßnahmen getroffen. Beim Auschecken teilte man uns mit, dass es eine Ausweichmöglichkeit im Nachbarhotel gegeben hätte. Diese hätte man für die zahlreichen Gäste nutzen sollen. Mit 2 Anläufen an beiden Tagen über jeweils 30 Minuten gewartet - mit Kindern-. Unzählige Familien die über dem zeitlichen Maß hinaus dort gewartet haben. Auf unsere sachliche Beschwerde ist das Hotel nicht eingegangen. Die Kosten für das Frühstück wurden uns nicht erstattet.

Great location, excellent soundproofing, and a very comfortable stay!
9.0We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie. The room was very clean, with no unpleasant smells or noise. One thing that really stood out was the soundproofing. This is one of the few hotels where we couldn't hear our neighbours at all, even though the hotel was fully booked. There's also a spacious underground parking garage (paid). Another big plus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. We were travelling with our cat, and it was no problem at all - we simply paid an extra €10 per day for our pet. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
− If you're travelling by car, as we were, keep in mind that parking spaces in the underground garage are limited. I'd recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot. We arrived at around 6:30 PM, and by that time there were only two spaces left.

− Room was not ready for 4 people, we had to change the room. Queue and waiting time for the breakfast to be seated in the morning
