7.0Our room with lake view was really good. The breakfast was good. The property is maintained to a good standard.
− The lift feels a bit old and tired. The carpet flooring and the wallpaper coverings on the walls in the room also look old and tired. Paying for parking each day was disappointing.

10.0Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, clean, warm and safe. Great base for exploring Queenstown and surroundings. Everything was as hoped for or more. Definitely recommend.
− The room service menu could use a bit more variety, sanitary bins were not present in our bathroom.

− The heater wasn't working, and toilet was not flushing and the sink was filling up to top and the water was getting stuck which was very annoying
