Staff was extremely helpful and polite. the location was great, 15 mins from Porto Cervo.

− Pool area needs work. Pool menu did not have any choice to order lunch. we decided not to spend anytime at the pool.

− Os hóspedes do quarto ao lado estiveram aos gritos até ás 2h da manhã, impedindo o decido descanso.

Unfortunately sold on a FIT platform when its a true budget tour operator hotel

Mostly a kind team

− As a FIT guest (free independent traveller) booking all travel arrangements on our own, coming to a hotel which we thought was part of the way Felix Hotels portraints them self, it is clearly a Tour Operator hotel with all services targeting the cost control of particularly food as its made all inclusive for most guests hence they limit quality and offering, this made the experience unfortunate, during a 7 day visit to the amazing northern Sardinia, the evening offering and meal was the worst experienced through out the whole stay. This meant we went out to eat elsewhere lunch and dinner during our visit. When asked about the private beach that is described on the booking.com we where told not to go there as its sub standard by a team member. Last but not least maintenance is in parts of the property under all standards, broken garden lights some with potential danger, paint falling off the walls, nice thouch of a Nespresso machine in the room but i did not work. (I have intentionally not uploaded the photos I have). Hence price point paid truly in the upper level vs delivery, I can not recommend this unless you are on a budget tour out of somewhere.

the location is nice the room is clean confortable and the matresses too. poeple at reception helfull.

− We stayed 2 days in our room w/out hot water in the shower. coming from the beach we coiuld not shower in the evening until the next evening finally they repair. for the level of the hotel we were expecting better service. about breakfast, you need to ask many time for your order of coffee... it is taking too much time to come and if you want to repeat a coffee you will finish for sure your breakfast earlier.... it was not nice to have to remind many times to the waiters about our coffee. Another point : after 10:01 am , one minute the breakfast close , my wife asked for a glass of water to take a pill... the waiter said we are closed....she said pls ... we are closed. we asked for this glass of water to the bar in front of reception , the reply was we are closed to need to go to the bar of the swimming pool !!!! it is in the opposite side ! the server was really not nice and after discussiing he decided to give a small bottle of water saying " you have to pay it" as fact I never said that I will not pay this water ! then nicely I told him : shall I have to sign a receipt ? he said wait here .... and diaspear , after 2 minutes we decided to move. Obviously he was not at all in a good mood. at the end the water was duly charged. ABOUT THE WIFI in the hotel: No consistent ,no network in the room , our room was on top the reception , no data in many places of the hotel.
