Booking.com promised a refund from the property. It never happened.
1.0Nothing they canceled my reservation last minute and didn’t refund me.
− That they couldn’t accommodate my reservation and didn’t refund me. It’s been one month, still NO REFUND?!
A nightmare
5.0It was on the hill for fireworks but you had to go outside to see anything. The breakfast was amazing 🤩
− We were put in a wrong without drapes for privacy and the morning sun. We got moved to a handicap room without any view at all! I think booking.com customers get treated differently.
