8.0I stayed for two weeks at Pakasai and was generally very happy with the hotel. The room was large, clean, and had the expected mod cons. The staff are very friendly - a big shout out to the team covering breakfast - and did everything to resolve issues and help make the stay enjoyable. The pool (salt water) area is relaxing and an added bonus - esp. if attending muay thai classes at the nearby Khun Suek gym - were the daily ice baths put on each afternoon. Pakasai is in a convenient location, with a leisurely 10 min stroll to the beach area.
− The was some noise from renovation work in the hotel during the day, but because I was out the majority of time it did not really impact me. I understand this is temporary as the hotel is being prepared for high season. The only annoying issue was that the bathroom toilet got blocked several times but which was addressed speedily by the amazing staff each time.

Perfect Pakasai in Amazing Ao Nang
10.0Everything! Gorgeous resort in a great location and the staff were amazing. Room was stunning and the views from the pool were amazing. Loved it a lot and can’t wait to come back.
