7.0The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean.
− The customer service was very pleasant when we checked in. In the morning however, the person at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and was not particularly friendly. She seemed annoyed that I did not know exactly how to operate the waffle machine and when I told her the hairdryer in our room did not work. She did say she would order a new one but I felt she could have apologized for the inconvenience. I felt the price was a bit high.
