− La camera era piccolissima con finestra cieca, non c'era abbastanza spazio per una persona e una valigia. Bagno minuscolo, a malapena agibile.

Chinches en la cama
1.0− La cama en la que dormimos la primera noche tenía insectos, chinches de cama para ser más exactos. Me llenaron de picaduras y me hicieron pasar tres días horribles de picores e incomodidad. Cuando se lo comenté al personal del hotel, es cierto que actuaron rápidamente y nos cambiaron de habitación ese mismo día, y desde entonces no volvimos a tener ningún problema con los insectos. Sin embargo, cuando viajas quieres disfrutar y descansar, no pasar parte de tus vacaciones sufriendo las consecuencias de un problema de higiene tan serio. Aunque agradezco la rápida respuesta del personal, considero que este tipo de situaciones no deberían producirse en un establecimiento que recibe huéspedes a diario, ya que una sola noche fue suficiente para fastidiarnos el viaje. Pagar para descansar en un hotel así, es muy frustrante.
