10.0This hotel was one of the nicest and cleanest I have experienced traveling with dogs. I know when you have animals you get a room where animals have previously been and it is not always pleasant. This hotel wisely has laminate floors which is easy to clean. Despite that, this room was still one of the cleanest hotel rooms I can remember ever having. The breakfast was also exceptional! It was good fresh and had items that I don't usually see at a hotel breakfast! It was a great night and stay!

− I was incredibly disappointed that a staff member working breakfast had asked me for paperwork for my Service dog. It’s not even legal for her to ask me for documentation under the ADA act. However, I felt obligated to show her that my dog was a service animal and so I pulled up said documents because it caused me a significant amount of anxiety. It would be nice if staff were trained on how to appropriately handle Service Animals.
