Je recommande vivement cet hôtel car tous les efforts sont faits pour vous satisfaire.
10.0Hôtel en bord de mer exceptionnel avec un service au petit soin. Nous avons été surclassé afin de facilité les vacances d'une maman à mobilité réduite. Le personnel est exceptionnel cela va du Directeur à la réceptionniste mais aussi au service de restauration. La plage est nettoyée tous les matins, il n'y a pas d'algues , une eau limpide. Un service de restauration qui vous refuse rien et s'adapte à vos goûts. 2ème expérience dans cet hôtel qui après 4 ans a nettement amélioré ses prestations.
− Le comportement nonchalant de certains surveillants de baignade à la piscine de l'hôtel.
Exellent Séjour, Calme , propreté, vue tout est impeccable , le personnel très aimable.

8.0Bel hôtel Suite spacieuse et lit confortable La vue mer est entachée par une vue sur la très grande piscine extérieure et ses activités (pool party par exemple)
− Surbooking à l'arrivée pour quasiment tous nos amis, pas de solution prévue en amont par l'hôtel... Seule proposition : faire payer un supplément pour dormir sur un canapé lit où il y avait déjà un autre couple d'amis... un peu limite pour un 5*. D'autres amis ayant payé pour une chambre vue mer se sont trouvés dans une chambre avec vue sur les poubelles de l'hôtel. Il a fallu qu'une amie locale appelle l'hôtel pour finalement trouver une solution, car l'hôtel disait être complet. Au moment de payer, on a du négocier avec le réceptionniste pour avoir la réduction annoncée par Booking sur les soins du spa... ce même réceptionniste affirmant que le prix qu'il me demandait comprenait déjà la réduction alors que non...
