− Rooms were size of a closet and bathroom was so small no room to move

− There were problems with room, mirror and curtain rail fell down abn there were some ants in room from the very beginning. But the staff was very nice and ready to help with this problems
Great location for us to explore venice as we wanted to be close to train station.
7.0The location is close to train station (still needed to drag luggages) but bearable. The hotel is also same street with shops, walking distance to ferry on grand canal
− The noise from the street but shutting the window would block the noise out. The stairs to carry luggages over.
