6.0During check-in, it turned out that the employee was not able to correctly add up the amount due. I had to explain and show him twice where he made the mistake. Then it turned out that he couldn't scan my document. All of this delayed the process. During my stay, when I wanted to use the restaurant, it turned out to be impossible. At the reception, I was given different opening hours than those that were actually in effect. When I went to purchase a meal, I was told that it was already closed. This happened twice. It wasn't the worst experience, but there is still a very far away to be good it.

8.0Établissement propre, calme, personnel sympa mais d’attractions. Pas d’animation, pas de table de tennis de table, de billard, etc. Bien dans l’ensemble.

6.0Todo muy preparado para extranjeros. Tenían la puertas abiertas de par en par sin el aire acondicionado por lo que hacia un calor horrible dentro del hotel, tanto en el hall principal como en comedor y pasillos. Le falta un poco de renovación, las habitaciones son bastante antiguas.
