9.0It was just perfect for what i was looking for. Its not the Ritz but it's a classic new england Inn with a perfect location. Great for waking up to the water or access to boothbay. Id be happy to stay there again.

7.0The location was excellent. The size of the room was excellent. The staff were very good, but didn't tell us about the coffee and tea in the common area.
− The mattress on the bed was awful. It needs to be replaced.

− The bed was so soft and uncomfortable. Have stayed few times before and never had a problem. Always enjoy sitting on balcony looking at the harbor.
