− Das Frühstück war zu unserer Zeit sehr übersichtlich Es wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Schade.

1.0Die Fahrstühle kommen sehr schnell, keine Wartezeit.
− 4 Sternehotel soll es sein... Aber grosser Irrtum... 2, 5 Sterne reicht für das Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet in einer Jugendherberge ist sauberer und köstlicher als in dem Hotel das sich 4 Sternehotel nennen will!!!!
Zum Übernachten immer wieder
8.0Die Lage des Hotels ist immer noch klasse. Sei es für die Veranstaltungen in der Veltins-Arena oder auch um von dort die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erkunden.
− Für 19,- Euro war ich vom Frühstück enttäuscht, das mal etwas leer ist, passiert und ist eigentlich auch nicht schlimm. Es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Allerdings wurde die Wurst am Buffet einfach lieblos aus der Großverpackung auf die Platte "gepfeffert". Insgesamt war das Frühstücksbuffet unordentlich, an den Kaffeemaschinen standen dreckige Tassen. Der Charme des Stay by friends fehlt mir.

9.0die Lage des Hotels die gepflegte Außenanlage die Hotelzimmer entsprachen den Erwartungen das Personal war sehr freundlich.
− Das zu wenig vorhandene Personal konnte das Frühstückbuffet nur Stückweise auffüllen. Man musste warten. Hier sollte das Management gegensteuern.

− Я два раза меняла номер, потому что в первом оказалось грязным постельное белье, а второй был попросту неубранным. Но этот вопрос был решен персоналом мгновенно. Только пришлось побегать по этажам.
Es war bis auf die Frühstücksituatuon akzeptabel.
7.0Die Nähe zu Veltins Arena
− Zuwenig Personal, welches sehr bemüht war aber einfach zu wenig. Zimmer bei Ankunft 16:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Ersatzzimmer erhalten, welches jedoch nur für 1 Person gerichtet war. Erst auf mehrmaliges nachhaken bekamen wir eine 2. Bettgarnitur. Beim Frühstück gab es um 8.20 Uhr schon kein KÄse keine Wurst keine Brötchen keine Butter usw. mehr. Das Personal 2 Frauen waren am rennen um alles aufzufüllen was jedoch bei der Anzahl der Gäste garnicht möglich war.
