6.0Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, les chambres sont extrêmement spacieuses.
− L'offre All Inclusive n'était pas celle attendue. Contrairement à d'autres établissements de l'île, il ne concerne QUE LES BOISSONS LOCALES. Grosse surprise, ce n'était pas annoncé lors de notre réservation sur Booking. On a pu discuter avec la direction qui a finalement accepté de nous inclure 1 boisson par j sur les 2 chambres qui était en dehors du champ de leur All Inclusive. Donc pour 4 personnes, chaque jour, 1 seule boisson acceptée en dehors du champs très restreint de leur All Inclusive. On salue l'effort de la chaîne malgré tout. Mes beaux parents avaient une chambre accessible handicapé : les toilettes étaient calées par un morceau de bois et nous avons constaté une petite fuite. Il y avait énormément de moustiques. La qualité des repas, en buffet notamment, était assez variable mais à la rigueur, c'est peut être juste une question de goût. Pour un hôtel 4*, nous avons été très déçus.

− When we reached reception staff was in hurry and was rude while explaining about room keys. Pool was dirty and only ducks were swimming in it no human. Food was okay.

− Super comme d’habitude. Un peu désagrément suite à une Clim défectueuse nous avons était surclassé pour le coup mais on a du attendre 3 jours avant de pouvoir l’avoir cette nouvelle chambre
