7.0L’équipe du mini club et du junior club était bien impliquée avec les enfants. La restauration était bonne. Les chambres étaient très confortable.
− Le manque d’animation en soirée. L’impossibilité de réserver les restaurants à la carte via l’application. L’impossibilité de réserver l’ensemble des restaurants à la carte car il étaient complets. L’attente au restaurant Portofino. Les piscines étaient hors service suite aux inondations.

8.0Our welcome at the Grand Palladium was warm and friendly, we found all staff to be knowledgeable and nice to speak to. We didn't have a long stay but found all the facilities to be totally sufficient and the lunch we ate at the restaurant on the beach was really nice, such a good array of food and a lovely setting to eat.
− The communal areas of the block where our room was situated could have been cleaner, I appreciate it was almost end of season however carpets really needed a good hoover and skirting boards etc wiped down.

− Le suite non sono totalmente idonee al prezzo richiesto. Noi abbiamo pagato una suite luxory con jacuzzi privata in terrazzo( sovraprezzo notevole per questo servizio come plas) La jacuzzi era non funzionante e le mura avevano delle infitrazioni d 'acqua. Ergo... ci ha piovuto in testa . Ho alloggiato con il mio bambino di sette mesi e il mio compagno. questa situazione non è stata piacevole avendo pagato una suite in un hotel 5 stelle mi aspetto altro. tutte le attrazioni : 4 piscine chiuse per mal tempo e anfiteatro pure. Piscine chiuse durante tutto il mio soggiorno anche nei tre pomeriggi di sole. Una sera la doccia ha smesso di funzionare e sono rimasta con il sapone addosso e il mio bambino senza possibilità di risciaquo. Abbiamo chiamato subito la recaption ma il problema si è risolto molto tempo dopo. Spa a pagamento extra nonostante tutti i servizi esterni non accessibili. Abbiamo fatto reclamo almeno per la stanza non idonea e ricca di problematiche e non c'è stata attenzione al cliente come ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di 5 stelle.
