9.0Grandeur et confort de la chambre (une chaise supplémentaire aurait peut-être été utile et un moyen de mettre ses vêtements dans la salle de bain) Déjeuner copieux et amabilité du personnel. En fait tout le personnel était bienveillant
Séjour décevant pour la chambre 101, pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles
3.01. Très bonne localisation géographique, à proximité du métro, ce qui permet d’accéder très facilement aux principaux lieux de visite de Rome. 2. Petit déjeuner très bon, avec une offre appréciable. 3. Personnel poli, souriant et agréable, que ce soit à l’accueil, au niveau de la sécurité ou du service de ménage.
− 1. Dès le premier soir, nous avons constaté des saletés séchées sur les serviettes. 2. La porte coulissante des toilettes fonctionnait très mal et ne glissait pas correctement dans son rail. 3. La climatisation était très bruyante, ce qui était particulièrement gênant pendant la nuit. 4. Le matin du deuxième jour, il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude, nous empêchant de prendre une douche avant de partir. 5. Le bouchon de la baignoire dans notre chambre était trop petit, empêchant l’eau de rester dans la baignoire. Nous avons signalé ce problème dès le premier jour, mais il n’a finalement été réparé que le soir du deuxième jour. 6. Une consommation au bar qui nous a été facturée à tort lors de notre check-out.

10.0Pulizia ottima, staff gentile e disponibile. Location perfetta (fermata Metro e Tram/Bus) davanti all’hotel. Colazione variegata e abbondante. Per Roma, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
