8.0The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous throughout our entire stay. From the moment we checked in, every team member we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality, genuine smiles, and proactive attitude made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as guests. It is rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to exceptional service, and they truly made our trip unforgettable

10.0Plain yogurt was good. Coffee was good. The egg dishes were not warm, and ask your chef to devise a better hot breakfast menu. More fruit would be good.
− Price was high for my stay; other similar hotel options were $50 lower a night. Stayed one night as I was traveling by car to a new city and needed the rest.

− The room was not clean. The bed was not comfortable. The ac fan was extremely loud. Bathroom lighting was mediocre.
