it's my 5th time staying at the Fleming
10.0My perfect space to get away from city noise in quiet room, but still be in a heart of Wan Chai, I was delighted with welcome drinks and one round of mini bar with their promotion Sip and Stay this time, it's my 5th time staying at the Fleming, and I'd back when I'll have work in city again.
Mostly good with some minor misses
8.0I did quite a bit of research about where to stay and I have enjoyed Wan Chai a lot. The room has been great - minor issue with no mirror in the bedroom - no power point in the bathroom so I am not sure how people do their hair in the room with no mirror - housekeeping bought a portable mirror but it seems odd for such a thoughtfully designed hotel to have no mirror in the room. Service was ok. I could not get a late check out without paying for an upgrade - which I did - even though it only got me 1.5 hours….so my experience was not as great as other reviewers. No room service and I was not told about gym access at check in…. So it was good. Not great but I would still stay again, maybe.
