10.0Breakfast was excellent, best I've had at a Hampton. Ladies in kitchen were very friendly and attentive. Location of hotel is easy to enter and exit. Room was very clean and quiet.

Not Customer friendly
2.0The true test of a business isn't how it treats customers when everything goes right—it's how it treats them when something goes wrong. Our car completely broke down on the way to Hampton Inn Easton and had to be towed back home. We immediately called to cancel our reservation, explained the situation, and even asked if we could simply reschedule for another weekend. The answer was no. No refund. No credit. No rescheduling. Nothing. Apparently customer circumstances don't matter, even when they're completely beyond the customer's control. Rather than showing any understanding or offering a reasonable solution, the hotel chose to keep our money and send us on our way. Needless to say, this experience has guaranteed that we won't be staying here in the future. There are plenty of hotels that understand customer service is more than just reciting a policy. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED, First, that we had to cancel our weekend getaway, second that the hotel had zero empathy.
