6.0Hotel looks elegant upon arrival with valet service
− Confusing elevator 🛗 process to get up and down the floors. Our room was small and non-functional (no chairs to sit on, shower 🚿 no shelves, no warm water, no toilet paper). The A/C was very weak in our room adjacent to kitchen but satisfactory in the actual 1 bedroom. the kitchen and bathroom and our bed hot because of weak A/C.

We would not recommend to stay at this hotel.
3.0Only the location to the airport and the mall
− The premier lounge was old and worn out, the food and choice poor. The breakfast restaurant area very old and again the food choice not good. My overall impression is that this Novotel needs a total renovation.
