10.0The staff at the HiltonKitty Hawk was very accommodating as we were able to feel comfortable swimming-with the abundance of hotel provided fresh towels!!!! Staff was always accommodating if we requested additional toiletries for our room!! Finley-at the front desk was obliging to taking a picture for my family as well as helping g us with weather descriptions!!!! We are already mapping out our next return!!!!

10.0The Aviator Tavern was a great place to have a meal with my family. Eduard was an excellent server who took care of my parents at every meal and that was really important to me…. Thank you Eduard!

− It has a strange smell. Like musky. I have asthma and at times I felt I was having trouble breathing from the smell and dampness, but maybe that's just because it's by the ocean.

2.0We arrived after midnight. Plenty of time to have the room arreange. Surprisingly the room was hot. Ac didn't work, then the rooms was so dirty I have pictures to show. Even one of the 2 beds had hair on. Rooms arent clean for a Hilton. Very disappointed. Not worth the expensive night. We wont ever stay there. And im making sure this is known for ppl to be aware.
− Not clean. Service in response to the problems were slow or not at all. Curtains falling off. Not body wash in shower Finger prints all over mirrors...and tables. Very distasteful.
