The breakfast was ok

− The smell of weed and cigarettes in the room, the room was also dirty, there was no conditioner in the bathroom. The sheets and pillows had hair like if they had not been changed and under the beds was very dirty.

Location

− We were given a room A/C thermostat wasn’t working. Had to switch rooms at 10pm after we had already unpacked. Thank goodness for the maintenance guy standing there when they were getting us another room telling them no that rooms A/C isn’t working properly either. They went through 3 other rooms before finding one. Manager never reached out with an answer on price compensation let alone an apology even after leaving multiple requests to speak to a manager throughout our stay. The room they put us in we had to put pillows under the couch cushions just to be able to sit on it. One of the bathtub constantly ran. Rooms were somewhat clean but could have been much cleaner. Pool area was gross sand or something all over the bottom of the pool, clumps of hair everywhere and a bandage multiple days in a row. Ice maker in room didn’t work. There was no handle on the outside of the balcony door to get back in. Having to pay for parking. It should just be part of your room cost.

Horrible experience I came from Minnesota to check in to my room. The first room. I receive was room 314. That room had blood on the runner of the bed the pull out coach was broken and had orange spills on it and the balcony was dirty with sunflower seeds all on it. The second room was 427. In that room it also had blood on the bottom runner and the ac was working correctly the room was extremely hot. And the bed sheets were dirty.The third room was 501. That room smelled of dampness and mildew. The floor was wet in the twin room and the bed was also dirty. It had a portable ac in the window blocked off with a towel and apiece of cardboard. I went to the desk and explained that this is the third room. I have children who have health concerns to do with mold and allergies. I went back to the front desk and asked to cancel the reservation and get a refund. The lady at the desk preceded to give me another room 801. And said I will go check this one myself. I explained to her I didn’t want to stay. This would be room number 4. I would like to book a different hotel for my family stay. I spent 1052 dollars for this room. The cleanliness of the hotel was a concern for me. I requested a refund I was told since I booked it on booking.com I would have to go through them for a refund. I contacted them was on hold for 24 minutes finally spoke with someone and they connected the hotel and asked if I could get a full refund she told them I would have to pay for a day. I asked her why she said the rooms were clean. I asked her to go with me to see the rooms so I can show her my concerns she refused. The she told me she and the maintenance team walked all the rooms and they all were clean. So after some back and fourth with her two of the maintenance workers went to the room with me I showed them what I seen in room 314 they agreed the room wasn’t clean.
