Adequate to my needs but could be better presented and appointed

Accessible, clean, basic room serviced daily (towels, sheets, bins etc. as needed or requested). Reception staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. Housekeeping staff and standards were hard to fault.

− Buffet breakfast was expensive. Its an older building and my suite, though generous, needs some TLC (paint, decor, bathroom basin & vanity, doors to bathroom& shower clash. ‘Kitchen’ is way too basic and needs repair and/or updating. (Cabinet doors don’t function well.)

Nice breakfast.

− Parking out the front in order to check in was limited and not marked out great . Everyone's doors close really heavy and loud on the floor and you can hear every time someone let's it swing shut.

Location was good and good selections at breakfast.

− Our queen room was really depressing - small, drab decor, no outlook and very poor lighting. Staff not that welcoming, especially man at entrance to breakfast room - a smile goes a long way!
