10.0The staff was very friendly, especially Tony, the bellman/concierge. We had a balcony room with wonderful views and beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty to choose from.

6.0Nice location and a decent hotel. A few things could be improved. The food is really not good and it is repetitive. My biggest complaint is the pool chairs. Not enough in the shade and they are all reserved but not occupied. If you don’t get up early and claim a chair, you are out of luck. Hotel really needs to change their policy to prevent this. Also the clunky process to get a pool towel and pay a 10 euro deposit is insulting and unnecessary
