Have stayed here many times, mainly for convenience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful if there's any issue with the room. The rooms are outdated, and still have a smoke smell even though it's been smoke free for several years. Most rooms I have been in have stained carpet. Everything in the room is functional though. I always leave before breakfast, but can get a "sacked breakfast" if I ask for it when I check in. Nothing special, but better than nothing when you don't have time to stop anywhere to get something in the morning. Generally, the rooms are as clean as they can be, considering the age of everything. Due to the convenient location, will stay here again. Hopefully the owner will be able to start updating the facility one day soon.

Location is saving grace. Site description not accurate. Desk is not 24 hrs—closes at 11pm-7am. Breakfast is now a bag with 2 items-smallest container of apple juice and small fruit cup. Hall carpet worn and dirty. Every nite our key didn’t work and needed rekeyed. Every day despite a sign “do not enter” the maid came in spread the bed and turned the air conditioner off so room was 90 degrees. We knew it was not a 5 star hotel…however nonworking key every night and entering a room asking for privacy is not acceptable.

We stayed at Wesley Inn because we had a critical patient at Wesley Hospital. We stayed 2 nights & pretty sure it is exactly the same everything as it was when I stayed here in the 70’s & 80’s for the same reason. I don’t care what it looks like it because it’s all about location. What makes me angry is had to re-key our key both nights & after putting out do not disturb both mornings & asking at the front desk to not clean they came in our room anyway! Also, turned off the air—- it’s 85 degrees now & it is not cooling off. I will drive across town from now on!

Look out of my room for an hour during their closing time with no phone to call the # they give you. Wi-Fi still acting up, this is the 3rd time they Wi-Fi has been acting up. An to top it all off which is not surprising they act like they don't give a damn. Customers inconvenience means nothing to them I see. Guess I will find another hotel.
