5.0Lokalizacja, uprzejma obsługa przy śniadaniu, śniadania jak na włoskie zróżnicowane nawet o lokalne produkty
− Lodówka w pokoju nie działała, pomimo zgłoszenia problemu na recepcji nikt się tym nie zajął przez cały pobyt, co przy prawie 40 C upale na zewnątrz i pobieraniu regularnej opłaty za minibar jest niedopuszczalne, w łazience obecna pleśń na ścianach i kafelkach, kotara prysznicowa stara i brudna zwłaszcza na spodzie, pokoje przeważnie nie były dokładnie sprzątane - jednego dnia poza wyniesieniem śmieci (i brakiem wsadzenia nowych worków do śmietników) nic nie zostało zrobione - nawet łóżka niepościelone i piasek na podłodze
