Perfect location and good breakfast but some things to improve on.
7.0The location is perfect just by the beach and close to the boats. Walking distance to many restaurants. The breakfast was good and the lady working breakfast service was a real star!
− Cleaning only every 3rd day, expected every day cleaning for the price. No pool towels during entire stay due to malfunctioning washing machine. Cooking pots in the kitchen didn’t work on the induction stove so we couldn’t cook dinner and reception was closed. When notifying them the next day pots still was not replaced. Late checkout not possible.

Lovely hotel near Venice
9.0Great breakfast, lovely pool with lots of space for every guest. The location was great, only a short boat ride away from Venice and lots of local restaurants, bars and shops nearby. I would definitely stay again if I were ever to come back to Venice.
