Comfortable and clean space, aesthetically it definitely needs an upgrade of facilities and better accessibility feature

It was clean and tidy.

− Definitely needs an update and/or facilities for accessibility. Having to carry your own heavy suitcases upstairs was not a comfortable experience and put strain on our backs. A ramp or staff to help assist with carrying luggage would be much more ideal.
