Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here thanks to staff, pool, and food. But a few things need to be adjusted such as

− Rooms very average and no coffee makers. Free shuttle is a free for all at certain times, really need a sign up sheet or a designated line. Rooms never got "cool" only bearable.

9.0Located in beautiful Sorrento, this hotel is perched on a hill with a spectacular panoramic view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean.We enjoyed a good breakfast and stayed in a clean room with a small balcony. Linens and towels were immaculate. The bar staff were incredibly friendly A big plus is the free hotel shuttle that runs up and down on schedule, which is very convenient.
− the girls at the front desk could use some improvement, as they were rather inattentive
