The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were always clean. Most of the waiters, the chefs and the night reception staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and hardworking. The cocktails were good, and the food improved noticeably during our last two days. The Moroccan themed dinner was by far the best meal of the week. The pool areas were also nice, and the hotel itself has potential.

− Unfortunately, this was one of the least welcoming all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The overall atmosphere from some staff members made us feel like guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome, compared to other all-inclusives we have been to. In particular, the manager/supervisor at the buffet restaurant came across as dismissive and uninterested. The buffet lacked variety, with almost the same breakfast and and only small changes at lunch. The bread was stale on multiple occasions. We reported it to a staff member, who appeared to already be aware of the issue, but nothing was done until after we made a complaint. I also found a worm in my food, which was extremely disappointing. The eggs were poor, the snack bar food (especially the pizza) was disappointing, and bottled water was not included outside buffet hours despite the hotel being all-inclusive. One bartender wrongly assumed I was not staying at the hotel because my long-sleeved beach cover-up hid my wristband. Instead of politely asking, she shouted at me in front of others and never apologized after realizing the mistake. The entertainment was the biggest disappointment. Most evenings consisted of simple dance routines where guests were repeatedly asked to participate. We expected to be entertained, not to become the entertainment ourselves. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we have visited, the evening shows were very underwhelming. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, but the connection was poor and frequently unavailable. There is a paid “premium” Wi-Fi option, but I don’t think guests at an all-inclusive resort should have to pay extra for a reliable internet connection. We ended up using our mobile data for most of our stay. Finally, the hotel is located on a steep hill, which can be exhausting in the summer heat, and there is no Uber or Bolt available in the area, making transport less convenient.

לא אהבנו כלום המקום מלא צרצרים אין מיזוג בחדר אוכל ובנוסף אוכל לא טעים בכלל המיקום של המלון לא קרוב לכלום ומי שרגיל לישון עם שמיכה שישכח מזה כי יש להם רק שמיכות צמר בקיצור לא להתקרב

Meillä oli huone omalla uima-altaalla pääuima-altaan vieressä. Täydellinen sijainti ja aurinko paistoi siihen koko päivän. Huone oli tyylikäs ja siivous hoitui päivittäin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

− Puffet-ruokailussa astioiden kerääjät eivät olleet oikein tilanteen tasalla. Astioita kertyi pöytiin ja eivät niitä hakeneet pois säännöllisesti. Itse sai niitä nostella viereisiin pöytiin. Saattoivat vieressä siivota pöytiä josta ruokailijat olivat jo lähteneet. Olimme kesäkuun alussa ja ruokailussa oli vähän asiakkaita, joten kiire ei ollut syynä. Pieni asia ehkä mutta heikentää palvelukokemusta. Ehkä heitä ei oltu ehditty vielä perehdyttää.
