9.0The design, location and cleanliness
− Missing communication from staff, after certain hours the city close the streets for traffic to have only pedestrians on, I left early on my rental car one day and coming back to the hotel the police did not allow me to get in, I called the hotel and they didn’t do anything, the police officer got tired of me holding the traffic and let me in.

9.0De ligging in het stadscentrum tussen de bezienswaardigheden van Merida en dichtbij restaurantjes en bars is perfect. De kamers zijn mooi met grandeur en klasse, ook goed qua grootte. Zeer goed bed, ijskast, goede airco. Privé beveiligde parking.

Bon sejour meme si bout a bout (chambre, petit-dej et parking) pour ce tarif, on doit certainement trouver mieux
7.0La taille de la chambre, la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel
− Le parking vendu dans la description de l’hôtel est tout petit (6 places) et payant en sus Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas top (dans une cafétéria attenante à l’hôtel). Le manque de crochets dans l’immense salle de bain (1 crochet pour 4 serviettes!).
Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et personnel sympathique mais déçu par le petit déjeuner et le manque de luminos
8.0Très bon emplacement pour circuler à pied dans la ville. Un bon choix de restaurant tout autour, la place Santa Lucia en face. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel.
− Chambre sombre, frigo très bruyant pendant la nuit. L'eau de la piscine pas très propre. Le petit déjeuner très médiocre et le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très sympathique. Dommage car bel endroit, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et le personnel de l'hôtel très agréable.
