Gutes Hotel mit schlechter checken Policy
6.0Hotel wurde wegen der Lage eines Festivals gewählt. Hotel ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung und jeder sollte etwas finden. Parkplatz Preis ist ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben.
− Einziger sehr negativer Punkt ist das einchecken, daher auch ein Stern Abzug. Offiziell ist 15 Uhr eincheckzeit. Ich war 1,5 Stunden früher da, da das Festival früh anfing. Obwohl das Zimmer fertig war bekam ich keinen Schlüssel, außer ich bezahle 26 Euro für frühes einchecken. Das finde ich eine Frechheit, um eine Tasche abzustellen und habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Etwas Kullanz wäre hier angemessen und ein guter Service, insbesondere bei einem Zimmerpreis von 150 Euro/Nacht.
