8.0I like the room, bathroom, and location. The facility was clean and the staff was really friendly to help assist.

− If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked this hotel for 5 nights, on the 3rd night at 10pm I felt something bite me. I get up and there is a bed bug on the bed I did not stay this night because I was told I could stay in another room but they weren’t going to check the new room for bed bugs. They refunded me for 2 nights out of 5 but not the night I actually got bit and left. The front desk host was rude after I showed him the bed bug he told me it wasn’t a bed bug just a regular bug. He told me he couldn’t give me his managers name. The manager after 3 days of trying to get in touch with him, told me that they had someone come out to look and since they couldn’t find any bed bugs besides the one I had in the bottle that bit me, then they don’t have any and they can’t refund me. To spend my money here and be treated this way is sickening. Booking.com were of bo help for accommodation leading me to sleeping in my car for the night.
