− Creo que no está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Faltaría reforma de habitaciones, moqueta pasillos, y la comida deja bastante que desear, comparados con otros de 4 estrellas, había poca variedad de platos calientes, y sabor de comidas regular.

− Le sobran tres estrellas, comida mala y repetitiva, agujeros por las paredes, moqueta en los pasillos sucia y en mal estado, los primeros días quejándonos de que no había luz en la habitación, el segundo día apareció el que yo creo que era el encargado de mantenimiento medio borracho y tratando mal al ayudante, un desastre, bueno y la parte donde yo estaba, no tiene ascensor, para ser 4 estrellas dicen

EL SERVICIO MUY BUENO Y MUY AMABLES, TUBIMOS PROBLEMAS CON LA PRIMERA HABITACION, PERO NOS LA CAMBIARON ENSEGUIDA. LAS CHICAS DE ANIMACION MUY ATENTAS Y AMABLES. LOS CAMAREROS Y CAMARERAS TAMBIEN UN 10.
− EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO POCO POTENTE, LA PUERTA DE ENTRADA DE LA HABITACION NO SE HABRIA BIEN, EN LA DUCHA NO HAY NINGUNA BARRA DE SEGURIDAD YA QUE MI MADRE ES MAYOR Y TENIA QUE AYUDARLA A METERSE EN LA DUCHA (PELIGROSO, ESPERO QUE LO ARREGLEN LO ANTES POSIBLE) EN GENERAL TODAS LAS INSTALACIONES MUY ANTIGUAS, PERO NOS DIJERON QUE HARIAN REFORMAS EN INVIERNO. Y EL GRIFO DEL LAVABO HACIA RUIDO CUANDO SE ACCIONABA.
