10.0We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at Hotel Raito, and it exceeded every expectation. Perched above the coastline in Vietri sul Mare, the views alone make this hotel worth the trip — but it was the staff who truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to Kate, our guest liaison agent, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She made sure we were comfortable from day one and always found us a spot on the hotel shuttle to and from the town square, which made exploring the area so easy and stress-free. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, thanks to Massimiliano and Titty, who took fantastic care of us every single day. Their warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the whole day, every day. We also want to recognize Nunzia from housekeeping, who kept our room spotless throughout our stay and never once forgot to restock fresh towels during evening turndown. Small touches like that make such a difference. Between the stunning Amalfi Coast setting and a team that clearly cares about their guests, Hotel Raito gave us a truly memorable holiday. We'd happily return and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. Thank you to the entire team — especially Kate, Massimiliano, Titty, and Nunzia — for making our stay so special!
