1.0− It was a terrible experience. When I arrived, they asked me to pay extra for my child. After I agreed, they asked for even more money to upgrade the room. When I refused, they told me I had only two options: either pay the additional amount or leave. So, after driving for 10 hours from Alexandria to El Gouna, I had to leave the hotel with my child, my baby, and all our luggage, without having anywhere else to go. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
