We had a wonderful experience at Casa Velas. The service and food were the best we’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. Special thanks to Leonardo, Omar, Ulises, Gerardo, Alfredo, Rocio, Alesero, Camila, Miguel, Dario, Avelos, Antonio, and Ramon for making our anniversary trip so memorable and special. They were all outstanding!!

I love this place. Have been over 10 times and can't wait to come back! Casa Velas becomes a second home. The staff is the absolute best and what makes the place so special! At the pool Avalos, Antonio, and Ramon make you feel like family immediately! They make it where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Every night Fredy at the lobby bar makes sure you have fantastic cocktail before calling it a day. At the beach club Tau it's like your own private Oasis! Erick and Enrique treat you like royalty and you never have to leave your chair or the pool for any food or beverage. The food, beverage, and service is FIVE STAR!!! Everything about coming here is the definition of a relaxing vacation!

The resort is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We booked excursions through Vallarta Adventures which was also very fun and we highly recommend. The pool and pool bar were incredible. They actually do such a great job making drinks and put care into making your drinks great. Avalos, Antonio, Ramon and Fredy were exceptional in making our trip special. Avalos especially was top tier and made the experience extra memorable. 10/10

My experience at the Cass Vellas hotel with extraordinary. It started with my concierge Denis. She was the first person to greet us when we arrived. She ensure our room, dinner, and any need that we had was taken. During my poolside experience I was well taken care of by trio of attentive, enthusiastic, accommodating attendants. Avolos,Antonio and Ramon ensured my drinks were timely ,flavorful and addressed all my food needs with haste,accuracy and friendly smile. They made me feel special, brought humor and high level of customer service. Every member of this staff has been outstanding and looking forward to a return trip next year. Casa Velas resort is an amazing hotel! The service at the Concierge by Denis, the restaurant Emiliano by Rocio and the service at the pool by Antonio and Ramon was just outstanding. During our stay, the service that also far exceeded our expectations was the service provided by Avalos at the pool bar. He was an attentive and enthusiastic server who took the time to know what interested you, often times suggesting a special cocktail. In addition, he remembered our drink orders each day. Each day we saw him he was smiling and excited to greet us. Truly an outstanding touch. We would definitely stay at Casa Velas again. Not only was the food delicious and high end, but the rooms were clean the service from everyone was impeccable.

The best experience in PV. Truly their staff was incredible from the moment they greet you, to the pool area, restaurant and beach club. Omar, Ulises, Gerardo, Leo and Avalos went above and beyond. The gentlemen at the beach club were amazing. The food is next level. If you want to relax, have a good time this is the best spot. The hotel grounds are beautiful!
