− O ar condicionado do nosso quarto não resfriava o suficiente. O clima estava muito quente até entendemos, os funcionários foram muito solícitos em tentar ajudar, mas não resolveu.

Overall, a disappointing experience with poor hospitality and unfriendly staff.
5.0İt was very central.
− The hotel staff were quite rude and bad-tempered, so I felt uncomfortable asking for anything. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room as a welcome gesture. The rooftop pool was also disappointing. One pool was completely closed, and the other was very small and occupied by one guest, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, the hotel felt rather unwelcoming and lacking in hospitality.
