除了10月4日早上办退房时在前台遇见的那位态度傲慢工作人员，其他都很好
9.0− 10月4日星期天要去赶飞机，所以早上8:30就去前台check out了，没想到前台那位姐姐态度很傲慢，同伴已经和她先打了招呼，good morning，我就顺势和她说了要check out，并告知她房号，她竟不理不睬一直低头“装着”忙事情，怕姐姐是不是耳背，我又走近一步重复了我的请求，她貌似又“没听见”，扭过头和里间的人不知嘟囔了些啥，我当时真有些急了，不是要赶飞机谁会在周末大清早办退房，好不容易等到了姐姐抬起了她高傲的头颅，面无表情地说了句good morning，我第三次重复了我的退房请求，奇葩的是，她的反馈竟然像个机器一样一直重复good morning，没表情，也不接我递过去的房卡，直到我给了她一句，good morning，这姐才问room no，可我已经说了不下三遍了呀，你就这么玻璃心吗？冷冷漠漠地重复good morning，真的没让人感觉这早上有多美好，别觉得全世界都亏欠你了！我的同伴可是先和你打招呼的哦！你当时傲慢无礼地连眼皮也没抬一下！还是那句话，周末大清早办退房的客人肯定是有急事的，作为酒店就一点想不到客人的需求，端着个虚架子，给谁看？！

− Terastaki jakuzi için havlu ve bornoz almak için uğraştık. Terasta hiç eleman olmaması eksiklik. Hem servis için hem de müşterilere yardımcı olmak için.
